I've got a new Palm Centro that I picked up a couple months ago that works fine with the intregated Bluetooth in the car. I'm assuming you picked up a phone that isn't working with your system? What kind of phone is it?

i have a vzw dare. it connects but with with my old env (orange)lg-vx9900. it would never turn the radio off when i make a call and not connect. IE: if i make a phone call out while the radio is on. it would cut the radio off and not connect to the bluetooth in the car.. =T
