So I'm thinking of getting an Aux input jack or ipod cable installed in my tl as 04-06 dont come with the input jack. I was planning to get aux because could use various things to play music off for example any phone or mp3/ipod where as the ipod cable would only be ipod/iphone. I heard the ipod cable would provide better sound quality but what im asking is it like alot better quality/noticeably better or just a little better?

 

The ipod connection will allow you to use steering wheel controls. My itouch just stays in the console

 

Would you be able to scroll songs from navi screen?

buy an 07 Cd player and connect an aux port. I used from from a 2013 civic on ebay.. I think thats what it was.. ???

 

oh btw, I have 2 aux ports. 1 from Grom (plus a USB port) and 1 from the CD player which is connected to that "AUX" port as seen in the pic.

thanks. I have other slick mods like the drivers side seat belt bypass, drls which switch off automatically when the head lights come on, and turn signal door mirrors. and it all worms seamlessly. I connected power for door mirrors on an A pillar wire, which is better than other peoples as they ran wire all the way to parking lights at a corner..
