I need some help

I have an Acura TL 04 that the automatic windows dont work I'll pull all the way up to active the automatic windows feature but it just goes up a little like its acting like a regular window that you have to hold the switch for it to go up or down it doesnt go up or down by its self
If anyone can help it would be amazing
