Audison LRX- 1.400 AMP??

First of all what do u guys think of this AMP. I want to run 2 12" DVC subwoofers wich in parallel will give me an 1 Ohm Load and with that 900 watts RMS. Now my question- is there any disadvantage in sound quallity running a 1 Ohm load. Im actually gonna be using only 600 watts of the power so i wont be pushing the AMP all the way. the second question - now since it has a preamp outs i want to add midbass drivers into my system. So basically the two 12" woofers will be running 80 hz and lower and with the preamp out to another amp 80hz and above for the midbass drivers. What do u guys think can it work that way or am i thinking the wrong way!

I have Zapco amps. My Midbass and Sub are run off a DC650.6...two channels were bridged, running at 1ohm, 1000w to a Zapco 10'' 300w sub...the SQ is incredible!!! Can hear double bass drums crystal clear. The sub enclosure only has .85 cf of air space, which makes the sound incredibly tight.(more air space creates a louder sloppier sound, at least that is what I was told) The midbass speakers are 100rms and are receiving 150w ea. Clean power makes all the difference.
