So many interior lights, so many choices, but not sure what to choose.

I'm pretty sure i will be going with hyperwhite lights all around, but my question is...

Which lights are better for the dome and doors?

1) the flat rectangle panels with 12 or more LED's

or

2) the T-12 clustered LED's into a circular light

or

3) just a high powered bright bulb?

I guess my main concern is, I want bright, good quality, and even light distribution.

I'm thinking the best way to go is #1) 12LED panel. But is it? Does it have good light distribution...or are the all the same.

Also, i was thinking if pruchasing on EBay. what do u think?
