I used to have an 04 TL (non navi), and while I was impressed with the clarity of the ELS the "volume" wasn't there. I'm thinking of looking at an '08 TL (non - Navy, non type-s) and had a few questions?

1 - is there a "fairly simple" way to hookup aftermarket amps?

2 - can you get an Ipod installed and keep XML? if so will the radio controls, control the Pod?

3 - for the TL auto people, hows the mileage?
