Another bypass question

my Car: 2004 non navy Acura TL

I’m installing a simple double din and I purchased the $5 wire harness from eBay.

Amp failed so I removed it. As far as bypassing, all I have to do is extended the speaker wires from the harness to the wires that were coming “out” from the factory amp?

Ive searches but I was a lil confused with Navi and non Navi systems. Thanks in advance

That is correct. You can either extend from the HU to the output side of the factory amp, or connect the HU to the vehicle harness normally and then do the bypass at the amp location.

Just got done installing a pioneer double din. Rear speakers working, tweeters tweeting, front right I can barely hear and front left I can’t hear at all. Are my front speakers blown?

I tripled Checked the wiring. I used sauter and heat shrink for all wiring.

*Bump

If the tweeters are working then why are door speakers not working? According to the wiring diagram the tweeters use the same wires as the front door speakers.

Bad soldering job/poor connection is my guess
