Looking for the best alarm system for 6MT.

I've been reading up on the Viper and the Clifford as being the best in the forums posted, but if you have a 6MT, what are some possible options? Will they work for me?

I usually put my car in gear when its parked, will this not work if I get an alarm system?

 

Being in gear will have no effect on the alarm system, but not so for the remote starter. You will need to leave it in neutral each time.

Very few people with MT's go with the remote starter especially if they've been driving a MT for a long time and are in the habit of always leaving it in gear.

compustar.. i have it for my 6mt.. only failsafe remote start for manual.. plus unbelievable range..

 

I have the Viper 791xv the installer added a neutral safety switch so the car cant be started in gear. I love the system I also got the roll up and down of all windows activated using the Viper plus I had a back-up battery installed.
