Hey Guys. I have been gone for about 2 years, but Im back! Traded in my Denali for an 05 Anthracite. Love the car and all it's features.

Anyways, back to my current question. Does anyone know if Bluetooth is going to come out with software that can be added to a phone. I mean, I just bought one of the sickest samsungs that sprint has (the A700), however it lascks the Bluetooth capability. Anyone out there know if adding Bluetooth to a phone will ever be an option?

 

you can't add bluetooth through a software upgrade to a cell phone

 

Okay, maybe not a software upgrade...but what about a hardware upgrade?

 

there are bluetooth devices that can be plugged in but most i have seen have only been compatible with headsets, not the tl's handsfree link (i havent seen one posted anyways that works)

 

Get the new phone would be the better solution for you. IMO.

Ya there is a hardware upgrade... what it does is replace some components in your phone, as well as all the other ones, then change the handset, and change the look and serial number of your current phone <g>.

Buy a new phone, even if there were a GOOD integrateable bluetooth upgrade, it probably wouldn't be worth it.
