Is there an "AUX" input on the head unit?

(BTW - this belongs in audio/electronics/navigation)

evnash, no what he means, in the back of the head unit is there an actual input for an auxiliary source?

Bearcat, isn't there a cd changer input, if you want to add an extra cd changer in the trunk? I'm not sure

I've got an '07, the 3.5mm jack and Aux are standard.

But if it were as easy as plug-n-play I'd think it be pretty popular. If there is an "AUX" button on the radio, that would imply there is some kind of "AUX" line in on the back of the head unit. If there is no "AUX" line in (or alternate line in), then adding a jack isn't going to get you too far.

There are people here who know what they are talking about, so I'll shut up and let them tell you what's what.

There is no CD changer plug on the back of the head unit. The USASpec unit tricks the car into thinking that there is one. The dice unit info comes in through the XM.

Well if you're not going to have the text anyways you might as well just buy the USASpec unit. It also has the aux in and is cheaper. The dice unit will set you back $145 and the USASpec only $110. You can buy it here for that price: www.enfig.com

Why do you want the aux in? You have zune or something? Just get an ipod and take advantage of all the nice products out there that are made for it.
