Question Center console Questions

05 non nav.

Mine 12V plug in the pocket under the armrest isnt working. I looked but couldnt find which fuse goes to it. anyone know?

also is there a "how too" showing how to take apart the center console? I want to do some mods...

THe one for the short shifter install in the audio FAQ is the one of the good ones. There is also a thread in which RON A scaned the service manual too. Most likey the plug has come out or has not been replaced into its socket after a tech took it apart.

yes there is, i can't remember the number of it though. It should be called ACC SOCKET. i think its number 32.

well i just pulled it apart and i was getting 12v to the connector, then when i felt up in the plug and there was a DAMN DIME stuck in there!!!!!! pulled it out and it worked.

while i was in there i replaced the factory storage console light with a while led. looks better than that yellow factory bulb
