Acura Link and Cingular SE T637?

I can't seem to get Acura Link on my new 07 TL-S to work with my SE T637 with Cingular. I don't know if I am doing something wrong or maybe I don't have the right data plan. Everything else works great. Has anyone else tried this?

Thanks.

You do not need a data plan. The phone and car interact using Bluetooth. You must put your phone in pairing mode and the car in pairing mode so they find each other. The T637 works extremely well with the TL. It shows battery, signal, caller id, etc... Also, the RF on the 637 is one of the best of any phones. I keep a 637 in my car full time just for use with the handsfree system.

Thanks, Captain. But that's not what I was asking about. That's the HandsfreeLink system, which works great. What I am inquiring about is AcuraLink, which is a data connection to an Acura server that sends messages and other information. The RL has had this for a couple years; it is new to the TL for 2007.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Check The Acura.com bluetooth mini site http://www.acura.com/models/handsfre...referrer=acura for phones that are compatible with the AcuraLink feature, I believe you do need a data plan and only a few phones support the data profile.
