it said this is my code when i put the navi serial number on acuras website? I tried putting in the 4 digit and it didnt work. it also said my radio one is 25421. Is there any way i can skip the navi one and try the radio code to unlock the radio?

I don't exactly know what you're doing here and why this isn't working...but the radio is put in with the 1-6 numbers near the cassete deck. The Nav (4 digit code) is put in on the nav screen. If it's not going....you've got the wrong number

Radio and Navi are totally separate systems. You should be able to enter the radio codes to get the radio going (entered via the preset buttons on the radio).

It's also possible that the deck was replaced. Pull it out of the trunk to see if the serial numbers match.

They should have given you a new sticker. Call the dealer with the new serial number. You'll have to pull out the deck to get to the serial number sticker.

So here's something unusual, i actually went to the website to get the code for my navigation, i put on the navigation serial number and it actually did bring back a 5 digit code 😅 it even says next to it "navi code". I've long since swapped out the oem head unit for an aftermarket one, but haven't been able to find the serial number for the navigation till today and then finding out somehow its a 5 digit code is concerning
