3G ISimple with HD Install?

I'm looking for info on how to install and use of the ISimple Gatway with the HD Radio in a Gen 3 TL (step by step) and try to keep it all in one post or linked from one post. Seems if you search now for info you can find random info that the search results will change from day to day but none that will help from first opening/frimware upgrade/take dash apart/short cuts/operations/use/your set up with and with out navi in Gen3's on the ISimple Gateway with HD Radio.

Don't know if you saw the installation manual at the PAC site:

http://www.pac-audio.com/PACProductD...ons_031910.pdf

It looks like it's all there to me. I installed mine just the way it says except that I put in an antenna splitter so that I can use either my HU tuner or the HD tuner. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Joe.

The great thing about your configuration is that you don't need to take apart the dash if you don't want to. All the PXAMG connections are in the right rear quarter panel except for where you want to run the iPod cable. Decide where you want the iPod interface cable and then you will know how much of the dash you will need to get into.

Thank you, I know about that short cut as mentioned in this post
https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-audio-bluetooth-electronics-navigation-94/isimple-install-quick-method-might-find-easier-708061/
...but as I mentioned I'm looking for the HD Radio also so that short cut is only part of this topic.

Good info,Thank you! Hope this becomes some sort of sticky post for others. Anyone else notice on some of the pictures on ISimples website it show the Gateway to have a HD Radio logo on the Gateway unit? I wonder if they about to offer the Gateway with HD built in.
