2007 base TL and iPhone 4s paired but HFL problems

2007 base TL and iPhone 4s paired but HFL problems
I can successfully pair and call out through HFL, but incoming calls, Siri, and voice mail only go through the phone and not the car speakers. Was unable to find a fix for this in forums or online. Any recommendations? Thanks.
