I have a 2005 TL Navi without XM. I do not have an xm antennae nor do I have the button on my unit.

I am planning on getting the (DOM's TVandNav2Go Mod - correct me if im wrong) where I can watch videos from my iphone/itouch on my oem navi screen as well as hook up a backup reverse camera.

Can this still be done on my TL if I do not have XM satellite?

 

The doms unit plugs into the back of the DVD rom.. I do not see why it wouldnt work. What are you going to use for audio? Remember DOMs only handles video. Having no XM button on your radio may limit what you can use for the audio portion of you setup.

 

For audio I would like to use the SoundGate HONAUX4 (hxxp://www.logjamelectronics.com/soundhonaux4.html)

Since my TL does not have XM Satellite, is there a way for me to use the SoundGate HONAUX4? Or a way for me to get the XM module installed?
