2005 Acura TL/Non-Nav/Stereo Options?

Hi All,

What is the latest technology available for allowing an iPhone to be connected to a 3rd generation (2005) Acura TL. I do *not* have the Nav system, if that makes a difference. I checked some old posts regarding a company called iSimple; but all of their products are sold out or discontinued.

Are there any options for upgrading the stereo with something mostly plug compatible? I OK with losing the cassette deck (or using it's input for something else like connection to an iPhone), but I'd like to keep access to my XM radio if possible. Also, I guess it goes without saying that DVD-Audio would be unavailable on any new plug compatible stereo - but I'd like to use all the existing speakers if possible.

Anything out there that provides Apple CarPlay like functionality? If not - a direct connection to my iPhone that would allow me to play Spotify through the existing speakers would do. One last criteria; I'd really like what I consider good audio quality - not really interested in the FM Transmitter kinds of things - something wired, or if wireless over bluetooth should be sufficient. In my experience wired usually sounds just a bit better than any bluetooth connection.
