2 different Iphones in the Same Car??

Just purchased a sweet 08 Type-S and trying to get all the settings in place. Linked my iphone to the hands-free as well as my wifes. Now, if I am driving I can receive calls and whatnot just fine. If, she's a passenger, will her incoming calls be picked up through the handsfree?? I have run a few "trials" but need some clarification. Thanks.

I don't think that the HFL will work with two phones simultaneously. It's one or the other. If I am incorrect, I would like find out the procedure to do this as well. I couldn't get it to work when I tried it several months back.

Multiple phones can be paired with the car but only one can be used at a time. I think it has affinity for the one it was using last because when both my husband and I are in the car it always picks up mine.

If both iPhones are paired with the Type S, and both people are in the car at the same time, how does the HFL know to use one iPhone but not the other then?

I'm not sure. I linked my phone before I linked my wife's so maybe that has something to do with it?? All I know is that if we are both in the car, only my phone receives calls through the HFL.

my wife and I always have the same phone for some reason, and it will only link to one at a time. Mine seems pretty random, but usually syncs to mine first, as it is the phone #1 in the HFL. Might be i come into range sooner too?

If you want to switch back and forth, all you have to do is press the button and say "switch" and it will ask you which phone you want to use.
