Im having the damdest of times trying to search for certain things. Just to use an example. How would I find the nearest circuit city location. I try to spell it out, but in the end I get a circuit city that in another state. What I am doing is: Menu/Places and i would spell out the name. What category would this be listed in? Maybe I could find it better that way. The problem was the other day I needed to get some supplies from a circuit city and i was in a area I didnt know where anything was. This is one of the few things that is drivin me crazy!

Also, 100% unrelated, I have managed to get "current street" line that in the map screen on the top of the screen (instead of the bottom), ive done it accidently 2 times but i cant figure out what im pressing to do this, not listed in the manual that i can find. any ideas?

 

Places/Categories/Shopping/Electronics, then enter "Circuit City" using "Name of Place"(NOT "Name of Category"), which should pull up the Circuit City stores.
Otherwise try Places/Categories/Shopping/All and enter "Circuit City" using "Name of Place."
That's the easiest way to do it on my '05 TL. I've never tried to move the street/road name bar, so my only suggestion is checking for an option in "Settings" for the Navi.
