[B]i noticed that few of you got a DVD switch that looks like OEM, where can i get that????

 

An Acurazine member used to make and sell them but from what I have read he no longer performs/provides the service/product.

 

it was DCC, he used to make them for like 70 dollars, what he did was buy a vsa switch, paint them, then redo the inside so it switched the video.

 

You can get a nice OEM rocker style switch at Radio Shack for 3 bucks.... it supplies a ground volts to my GNET Nav switch box.. tha backup cam supplies 12 volts.

 

I made one myself using DCC's post as a guide. Not too hard if you are a little mechanically inclined. Order 2 switches...you'll probably mess one of them up

 

does anybody know if the 2006 has a power outlet in the trunk so i can hook up my ps or dvd player?

I sold my DCC switch and am still kicking myself for it.

Are you making the OEM style DVD switches from the VSA buttons? I'll take one.

I just finished my window roll up module install, clearing the headlights, TLS tails & markers, and lighted door sills.

Since I am on such a kick right now to mod the car, I have a set of the 05 Accord fog lights ordered, along with a pair of VSA switches. I am going to mod the VSA switch to control the new fog lights.

If it turns out OK I would be willing to mod & sell a few more if people are interested.
