04 tl I want to make my drl/fog lights a brighter yellow than the dingy stock color but as it seems to be the same bulb as the high beam I'm assuming this would change the color of the high beams as well curious as to how it would look drl mode vs high beam and is it legal for a high beam to be yellow

 

Those bulbs are only fog lights. They have nothing to do with the high beams, which are controlled with a mechanical shutter on the HIDs.

 

So hid ds2 bulb is high and low beam the other 9005 bulb is fog only
