The rear spoiler on my Type S is fading (NBP). It's not horrible, but it could use repainted I suppose. I could certainly go that route, but I have been thinking of having it wrapped. Perhaps in a carbon fiber style look. Opinions? Has anyone done this? I'm thinking if I do that and like it a lot, then maybe having the window pillars done, or door mirrors, gas door, door handles (these are just ideas) but I really want to address the spoiler and with the car in NBP think the carbon fiber style wrap may look kinda cool...dunno. I've never really priced the procedure.

You can certainly go with wrap; to make it more realistic some folks do use a thin layer of clear-coat over the wrap. Ton's of products out there as wrap has become very popular.

There are many colorations of carbon fiber, so there is another variable. In a wrap, closest to OEM would be a gloss black vinyl though would lack the bluish pearl. Mostly would not be seen except sunlight. Perhaps consider some inexpensive 1X5' pieces of gloss black and a couple carbon fiber colors, stick them on (especially in sunlight) and see what you think before committing. You can even take excess and rough cut them for the other areas you mentioned. When done, pull everything off.
Great idea. Obviously will not have the bluish pearl like you mentioned. Only way to get that is repainting and that's the most expensive route I'd assume. I think I'll stop by a shop that's very close to me and see what different options wrap wise they have, I don't think something like this would be bad..
