Would you buy this 2004 TL

Hey guys I'm looking at a 2004 TL auto w/Navi with about 80K (Company Lease Vehicle) Miles on it. The dealer is asking for $24K, but I think I would only offer $22K. What are your thoughts? Is it a good deal?

Dang thats a lot of miles! 24k seems like a reasonable price but it could go lower since the mileage is so high.

I think that is too much for that many miles. Check Kelly Blue Book or Edmunds to see what they say

too many miles on that car. i guess the price reflects the mileage but when a car gets 40K miles a year you wonder how it was maintained(since it was a company car). the MID should have came on several times for maintenance. if you can get all service records for the car maybe cause in reality hondas last much longer than 80K. also if you plan on reselling the car later the mileage will not be attractive to other buyers.

80k? Will the dealer throw in any warranty?

Warranty wise its your standard 6-months or 6,000 Miles for a used car lot.

The best place to look for a real price would be here. Most dealers use it, it's a pay site but you will get a realistic price. Good luck.

With price adjusted for mileage and condition, I would say that this should be no more than 20K. Check KBB.com for exacts.

Assuming this car has no repaint and body repair and in clean condition, I wouldn't pay more than $19k. And as a company lease car, it'll show in Carfax as a company vehicle. It could hurt the resale value when you're selling it later.

My 2004 with 43.5k miles would trade for $20k., private party value $22.6k.

I would argue the price further down on a TL with that many miles.

paid $26,000 for my 04 6MT with 30,000 miles. That's way too much miles for that price.
