I will be smoking the taillights of my 2004 TL tommorow but i would like to have some detailed instruction on tail light removal dissasembly and reassembly if possible.

Also i need to know how to smoke the side markers?
What is the best kind of way to remove glue from trunk after removing emblems?
And last but not least what is the best spray tint paint to use?

get the rockblocker kit, it comes precut,might be a lot easier than spraying them

 

goo gone removes the glue from the emblems

 

for the glue heat it up and use your fingers rubbing vigorously, getting as much as possible off...then wipe it down with googone

Heat is the key,use a hair dryer

If your going with rockblocker its just a film that you can place on top, unless your going to open them up and do custom work.....

 

The Rockblocker kit is pre-cut but there is trimming involved. Its not an exact fit.
