Worn seats on 04 TL

Hey guys, I know you heard this about 1000 times, but I need some help with the seats in my 2004 TL.. They have major butt prints in them and it looks like hell, I clean and condition these seats once a month with Lexol.. I went to Ardmore Acura In Pennsylvania and I went to a Acura dealer in lancaster Pa and they both told me that the butt prints are normal wear...How many of you have these prints in them.. Does anyone think I should call Acura direct and complain and see if thet do anything to help because frankly I think this makes my TL look like crap..Everytime someone new gets in they ask " Whats up with your seats" How embarassing...Please Help with any advise

Rob, run a search on this topic; this has been covered an infinite number of times (or at least it seems that way). Good luck.

Hey, do you have this problem with your Tl? I did run a search but did not find any useful information.

Call mongomeryville Acura (215-661-9300) to make a appoiment to check out your butts print seat covers. I had mine replaced by the dealer in Dec 04 and still look good.

Hey rob if it would help im going to scan in my reciept and it has the proof that it was fixed under warranty as far as writing a complaint you can do that but they wont do anything however having another compliant on file might help others one day fix this problem. (although i know some people do not believe in complianing in this forum)

Another thing you could do is ask to talk to the Service manager....someone suggested i do that and it worked he was willing to help
