Work in Progress

I've had my '08 TL just over a month now - and I'm really enjoying changing it up a bit. AEM V2 installed, mid-muffler replaced with straight pipe, windows tinted 35 & 20 (5 on the moonroof) and 18 x 9 Falken RT-7M with Continental ExtremeContact 255/40/18.

Next planned move is going Stage 3, removing stock resonator and replacing with Dynomax 24215. Also adding remote starter, controlled by Android app.

Looks great! Dark colored wheels look awesome with MRP.

Drop + A-Spec kit should be at the top of your "to-do list"

TLhord...car looks really good!! I'm all for dumping a TL (to a certain degree), but for some reason your car with your rims at stock height doesn't look awkward. I would say Aspec first, then drop.

Looks Good, I agree with the Drop and A-Spec... Get the TL-S Headlights and Tails. They would look good especially the tails on the red TL. Maybe the TL-S Blacked out Side Markers, LEDs in ur Turns, HID Fogs and I think urll be good to go. LMK how that Sunroof tint works, I've heard that sometimes that can crack ur sunroofs glass but I've never seen it do it before. But then again Ive never seen many Sunroofs Tinted..

Thanks man.

I'm not sure how much I could drop, haven't checked into it - the tires are wide, so I probably don't have much to drop before rubbing. The 255's look great on the TL, I love 'em. Should come stock that way - they look much better.

It's in the $700's... depending on who you buy from; $750 max.

Dealership will cost you an extra $4-700 to install. It's definitely DIY, i was scared at first but there are enough videos and pictures on this site to help you.

They give you the templates and everything for drilling so it's pretty easy. Took me and my girl about 5 hours to do front and rear install.

The wheels look like a modern day Type S wheel.

Nah, $700+ is just for the lip kit itself.

It is indeed a VERY simple install.
In fact, I consider it actually VERY fun heheh.

I'd help you install it for nothing if you were local
