This has happaned 2 times and seemed a bit odd. When I went to sleep at night I was almost certain all the windows were closed however, when I woke up in the morning the windows and roof were open. I usually keep the keys in my pocket (not when I sleep) but I dont think this is how it opened. Is there any other way the windows and roof could open? I am thinking that if the button was hit in my pocket it still woldn't be long enough to open everything fully. The alarm was still set but I know it resets itself if the doors aran't opened.
