Ha ha, windshield washer, any one found a solution? I get it.

But to answer your question, it is high when you are not moving, and it is also high when you are driving, but it covers the windshield. There is an adjustment, but if you get it too low, when you are going fast it won't cover the windshield as well.

You can put a small screwdriver in the nozzle and move it up and down, but I tried it and it is hard to move and I was afraid of breaking it, so I left it alone.

same here tried adjusting it and it's either too high when stationary or too low when in motion. doesn't seem to be any middle ground for the nozzles. i just went with the too high when stationary and wait to pick up some speed before i use it.

That's why I wish Acura would mount the washers on the wiper arm, like my other cars. I never have problems with those.

Older Acuras had this, specifically the Acura Legend.
