My back window right side passenger window is cracked, and it is cracked below visible frame. This is because the idiot tint installer didnt put it correctly back on track. So when i rolled down the window it tightened up and probaby happened then.

I am guessing insurance wont cover it . I am taking my car in at acura for service, should i ask them to do it or will it be cheaper at a car window type place?

I think everyone is wondering why you don't get the idiot tint installer to make good on his faulty installation.

Insurance won't cover it.

I don't think anyone could guess how much your Acura dealer or a particular car window type place charges for this repair.

The best thing for you to do is to get an estimate from a good glass shop, and your Acura dealer, who will probably send it to a glass shop for repair anyway.
