Window lock

i know i read somewhere in one of the threads with peoplw saying that the driver can't even open his/her window when the window lock is enabled. i just tried it on my car and it only locks the 3 passenger windows. the driver side can still operate.

or did i misread the posts? anyways, though i'd share this info with everyone.

In most cars, the lock disables the passengers' CONTROLS, not the windows, so that the driver controls for the passenger windows still work (the driver can still roll down/up all four windows, but the passengers can't roll down/up their own). In the TL, the lock disables the windows, so that nobody, not even the driver, can roll down/up the passenger windows. That is what is unusual, and what you've heard complaints about on these forums.
