wind noise

Some TLs do have this issue, the driver side B-pillar or the door seal seem to have leaking/less-padding issue, you could hear clearly while in regular driving, plus faster you drive the louder you may hear. For example, on my car the noise level on the passenger side is obviously quieter than the driver side.

Absolutely, you should bring up this issue to your dealer if you have chance.

My car is noise-less. If you live up North, try cleaing off all the winter crud around the door seals first.
A friend had a similar issue a few years back with a Sentra SE-R, and he saw the dealer fix it by prying the door window frame with a 2X4. Standard practice per his service manager... and the fix worked.

I learned this watching spike TV. Cut a thin strip of paper. Close the door on it, slide it around till you feel loosness, then mark those areas with masking tape. Open the door, then beef up the weatherstripping by putting something(ie: foam strips) behind the lip. Should work.

I applied a thick clear tape on mine attached on the actual window itself and it worked a little bit. Better than before.

I had the same problem with the same drive's side window. I took it to the dealership and they replaced some bars (dont know what they're called). The best part is that it was covered on warranty.
