Wierd Windows

Has anybody else noticed sometimes finding all 4 side windows down just slightly after sitting in the sun? I have noticed this several times. Manual doesn't say that it does this to prevent heat build up but I am wondering.

Your Q is???

Our keys and fobs could remote windows to open... if you turn the key or press fob 3 times and hold it when opening the doors, your windows would roll down a little bit until you stop holding...

I agree...its your key fob. Press only once to unlock. If you press again and hold for just a slight second, your windows and sunroof will open.

Some cars, including some Audis and my '95 Millenia S offered a "Solar Sunroof". The glass sunroof is made of solar cells that power a fan when the car is in the sun to draw air through the car constantly, keeping it cool. THAT's a better idea than openining the windows, IMHO.

there's a high-end beemer or a dyslexus that will crack the windows or roof to aid in cooling and run the fan gently. I'm sure it probably has rain sensing wipers which would let it know not to do it if wet.
