Do you mean the E36 or 46? You should take the E36 but the E46 will probably pull on you, even with your mod list.

I pulled on an E46 6 speed once, but only because of driver error. If an equal driver was in the E46 it would've been much closer. I beat him by 2 cars....lol.

Drivers being equal, the E46 would take the TL-S.

E46 M3 Vert's are high 13 sec cars. I think it would be slightly quicker than your fully bolted 2gTL-S. However, if he cant drive well, you may have a shot. I would run him for the heck of it. Some 2g TL-S's run strong....

I think you will get smashed...your car is what..a mid 14 sec car, and M3's run 13s..but i'm only magazine racing. Take it to the track and find out!

With your mods (before the 09 TL TB) you should probably be running in the 13.9-14.3 range with a good launch (2.1x 60').

If you launch on the M3 you may take it until 3rd gear, but I would bet he would pull in 3rd. They trap 105 out of the box in the 6MT, I'm not sure for the SMG but can't be much less because those trannies are solid.

Im thinking the M3 will pull on you. You will do better from a roll but stay away from your 4th gear. Your TL-S runs strong I bet though with your mod list. You should be trapping around 100MPH.

E46 will get u off the line too... unless u can run 4.6 to 5seconds flat he should put half a car to 1 car by the top of 1st by the top of second gear he should have a solid 2 cars to 2.5 on you... he will do a steady walk past you...
