You got a new TL from the dealer with the A spec and they delivered the car without it?

They should have installed it than delivered the car.

when they sold the car to me, aspec will take 1 week.
so i decide to take the car w/o it and comeback a week later to install it.

now it's been 3 weeks of waiting...

Tell them to screw the entire A-SPEC kit if they can't get the whole thing. Then go buy it on ebay, install it yourself (or pay someone) and in the end save a bundle.
