What about a driveway?
When I think street I think on a road where cars pass all night like in the bronx and places like that.

Right now all my wife's plants are in the garage for the winter, so the TL is on the driveway. But in the summer, it's in the garage.

Outside the house, away from the dead tree.

I park in a garage overnight and in a parking lot during the day while at work. I always try to park away from other cars and look for a spot at the end of a row. That way at least one side is protected from a carelessly opened door of the car parking next to mine.

LOL - with all this crap in my signature, I don't think I'd post where I park my car at night. Visitors and guests can see these posts.

when not at home -(using parking lot) I bet most of us park our TLs far from other cars or in a semi protected spot - I like to find the spot where the car is protected on at least 2 sides

i would consider covered parking lot as a garage if its in a apartment area. like parking structures and etc.
