Question when you get a body kit, what do you do with your old kit?

im thinking of getting a new bodykit(aspec or ronjon) but when you get a new body kit what do you do with your old parts(like front bumper and stuff)?

i think its still usable. do you sell it as a part or keep them?

If you get aspec, the only thing which is "disposed" of are the side skirts, cuz the front and rear lips affix to the bumper itself. Some people sell them on BM others just hold onto them or toss them.

I held onto my side skirts just in case I sold the car. People have a thing about buying a car "stock" so you may want to do the same if you have the room OP.

it's nice that aspec is considered factory accessories.

If you don't have space to store them or you plan on keeping your car a long time or if you just need the money, sell the parts now. Otherwise I've always found it's better to hold on to old parts, you never know when you may need them. (accidents or otherwise.) You can always sell them later on Ebay or the Black Market after you sell your car.

you should keep the old stuff in the event that something bad happens. you'll be able to change back or if you want to trade in the car most dealerships give better prices for stock cars rather than modified cars
