Just turned 300k today and it's still running great! I had the tranny rebuild at about 200k and thanks to all the great articles and discussion on this forum I've been able to maintain and fix the other minor issues. Car is still running great.........

'04 TL w/ Navi
I'm up to about 115k on my '04. 3rd owner, although it hasn't left my immediate family. I've been bad (aka broke) so I haven't done the timing belt change yet. She's going in on Friday. Otherwise, runs like a quality Honda motor should. I've had Navi issues though, but it's whatever since I use Google Maps on my phone.

I recently hit 244,000 miles on my '04. Probably one of the oldest 3G's here (bought it October 2003). I don't drive as much as I used to, but I still drive a lot, and she's still reliable. I'll be getting rid of her sometime this year, but I kind of want to hit 250,000 before I do just to say I hit "a quarter of a million miles"... lol.

A little under 75k on my '07, just bought it a few weeks ago.
I drive about 20k per year, whereas the original owner only did about 10k. I plan to own this car for a long time.
Tranny shifts smoothly. I'll be doing 1x3 tranny fluid changes over the next few oil changes, and will do the pressure switches. MID shows 70% oil life now, so I may do 1x3 in the next couple of weeks, to get things started.
Only downside at the moment is the back left speaker is blown. I have a replacement OEM speaker on order.

123k miles now. Brand new back in May 2007.
Now I really wonder: Which 3G TL currently has the highest mileage to date and how many?

Mine is an 05 TL I bought with 133,000 on it. It was traded in and the very same day I acquired it from the original, long distance driving OTR salesman. The trans was acting up on him and that is why he traded it. The dealership ordered a replacement from Japan, which took 2 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive, I was given a loaded '12 TSX to keep for the duration of the transmission replacement. That was 3 years ago and now I am about to service the tranny and change the plugs for my first time @202,475 miles and still going strong! With your help I already did the Timing set @197,500 miles and the Stator Coil last month. All I need to do now is fix the door over the cup holders. I am going to try and use RTV Black Silicone on the underside of the door and see if the sections will stay together.

Fixed it, turns out the speaker wasn't exactly blown the dust cap had separated from the cone and was just bouncing/buzzing around. I replaced it with the new speaker, but will reglue the dust cap and keep the original as a spare.

Keep Right Except to Pass
I'm afraid of jinxing myself by posting my mileage in threads like this. With my previous car, a 1997 Accord, I had it in for servicing on August 10, 2004, when it had 99,026 miles on it. The mechanic said it was in fabulous shape and I'd easily get 250,000 miles out of it unless I were in a wreck.
Next day, I got rear-ended when I was stopped at a red light. Insurance declared it a total.
Got my TL ten years ago today and I still love driving it. Wonderful car I hope to continue to drive for many years. I had hoped to mark ten years by driving it down a new road that was supposed to open today near our house (a long-awaited connection to replace some roads closed back in 2001 after 9-11), but the road wasn't open when I drove past this morning.
Now, with all that said, I would love to drive my TL long enough to break Irv Gordon's record for the most mileage ever driven in a single car, but I highly doubt I'll ever make it that far. See link....

It's comforting seeing these higher mileage TL/S engines.
Newly acquired 07 TLS has 79K on it. Just basic oil changes and an a/c condenser replacement. Runs beautifully. Although the auto trans has been a weird change in pace for me.

71k on my 06 TL 6MT. I had the 7year/100k timing belt service done last year and plan on keeping it for another 2 to 3 years. It runs like new except for the occasional catalytic converter warning that goes away after 2 or 3 days. Then it might be fine for months. I think it's the gas quality (maybe too much ethanol?) that sets it off during prolonged low RPM cruising.

Sorry. I just saw this. I really did nothing special other than kept up with transmission fluid changes, oil changes, etc. But alas, I decided to sell her and bought a 5G which I picked up today. I decided to sell because I replaced the alternator and battery a couple of weeks ago and this last week a check engine light with the code for a bad catalytic converter came on. So I just said, the car's done great so far, but it's only going to go downhill from here. Time for a new car. So I got one. I'm going to miss that car.

85k on my original ownership 2008 TL. Been such a great car to date, hope it doesn't reach that point where parts start failing anytime soon. So far other than an AC o-ring failure and belt tensioner it has all been routine maintenance. If I still have it next year will be time for the dreaded timing belt $ervice.
