It's also called the "home depot lip" because you can buy the rubber lining from there and pretty much stick it to your bumper.

Thanks for the info

What do you guys think of it? I always thought the aspec lip for the 07 08 was a little bit plain.

I've never been a fan of the home depot lip. I'd say just go with the aspec lip.

OP, look into the 04-06 A-Spec, the front has a bit more of a lip than the 07-08.

Here's another one. It doesnt look half bad when paired with an Aspec lip.

I feel like this is a good idea for lowered cars to protect the front lip. I'm still at stock height and not worried about scraping, but once I'm lower I would much rather scrape this than my a spec lip. I don't really love the looks of this, but I don't hate it either.

I don't hate it as much as others do, mostly because I agree that it is practical when you are lowered so you don't hit any unwanted curbs, but it's a big if you are putting it on for pure looks. If you want looks, then get the A-Spec and you will be much happier.

Not a fan of the Home Depot lip.

A-Spec all the way. My lip with CF. Has my bumper gotten scraped? Yep. But it's still worth it. I have Type-S A-Spec rear for my Quads and I Di-Noc'd the trim everywhere. Looks way better.
