Twice now I have come out to my car after it has been locked up to find ALL the windows rolled down. The first time my car was parked in my garage and as puzzled as I was I figured I must have done something or forgot about it. The next time was when I came out of the grocery store and to my surprise and disgust they were ALL rolled down again. WTF!

Has anyone else had this type of problem or even heard of this???? This is a first for me but I am getting worried that I am going to have my car jacked or robbed because my windows are rolling down while I am not there!

 

if you hold down the UNLOCK button on the remote, all the windows and sunroof will open....

check the keys in your pocket.....ive done it once or twice by mistake on my 3G

 

Thanks man! Freaking me out!!!! Good to know it's not some electrical error or something no one else has heard of. Now I can get some sleep tonight!

 

are you sure you didnt accidently hold down the unlock button which opens all the windows ?

 

Maybe your car is haunted...lol. That would definitely freak me out. But it seems more likely that blackura is right. I wonder if this is just a 07-08 function or does it do that for an 04-06 as well. I'm no help.

 

all 3G TL's can do it

also, if you stick the key in the door lock, and twist it (2nd time) hold it down. it will roll down, or roll them up (depending on the direction u twist the key)

However, you cant roll the windows up from the remote....

go try it out....
