What do you think of this RonJon part?

let me know what you think about these eyelids. i had them on my is300 but the head lights were alot larger, with the tl's head lights being so much smaller it worries me that these will block some of the low and high beams.
if you have them let me know, if you are thinking about them let me know, im on the fence here.

i think they would look good with the aspec also, the good thing is they are price around 100, so even if you bought them and were not just tickled pink you would not be out a whole lot of money

i agree with this, maybe this is what the other guy meant, i think it would look good with the ronjon or aspec lowered with wheels, but i think they would look ugly/out of place on a bone stock tl

i guess my main concern is, how much(if any) light gets blocked from the lids? high or low beam.

Very easy to check. Cut a couple of pieces of cardboard or poster board to the approximate shape of the eyelids and tape them on, then go out after dark and see what happens. And of course report back here with your findings.

I would like the idea of them alot more if we could get them for the same price, but painted!

I'm thinking what another $80 to get them painted + $110 msrp + shipping = $200 Thats alot for some eyelids

I've been looking really hard at the ones on ebay at a fraction of the msrp.....I have sent multiple e-mails to the seller about actual pics on a TL be to no avail

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Acura...spagenameZWDVW

Sorry for the ebay listing, but its not mine its just to point other options out.

i also saw these, but honestly i would rather pay more for good ones then have cheap crap ones that i have to paint and may or may not fit as well. also i see your point about the 200 but would you rather have goods ones painted and never have an issue or spend 150 for knock offs that fall off? also im going to call them tomorrow and ask about a group buy and about painting them,
***but 1 thing i need to know is do they paint the rj body kits in house or out of house? b/c depending this may have something to do with it.

I like it, just wish the parts weren't so damn expensive.

Just another way to make your TL stand out from the one driven by the grandmother. IMHO.

Even if there was a little red LED that traced back and forth in the grill and you could re-program the NAV and HFL voice to William Daniels ? Common, that would be sick!

William Daniels http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Daniels Check the third sentence of the second paragraph

It's just a bit too over the top for my taste.
