What do you think about....

these lease numbers for an 06 TL non navi.

Thru Hann Financial, 32 month lease, 12K miles per year, $399 per month (includes NJ sales tax).

Due at signing:
-595 bank fee
-257.5 Motor Vehicle (reg, title, plates)
-7.5 NJ Tire tax
-399.99 1st month payment
1259.00 Due at signing.

Any thoughts before I sign?

Sounds like a good deal to me, although I've heard some negativity about Hann when you turn in the car at lease end... what dealership are you going to in Jersey?

Yeah, I heard the same thing about Hann, thats why Im a little hesitant.

The difference between the Honda Financing and Hann is like about $50 bucks a month. The difference is Honda dosn't have a disposition fee and they allow $1500 waivure in damages for excessive wear at turn in. But the way Im seeing is it is that they are charing you upfront in their higher lease payments to pay for the "dispostion" and "1,500" waivure.

The car will be garaged and keept in very good condition like all my other cars, so Im not worried about the excessive wear and tear. If I amortize the $450 disposition fee accross the 32 months of the lease it comes out to an extra $14 a month, bring me to a true monthly payment of $413 per month, which is still a lot lower than I can get with Honda Financing.

I think that’s a pretty good deal, i just got a 05 TL non-navi, for about the same price.

I want to ask a follow up question to you and anyone else, who is HANN Financial, and i know that now its too late but should i have gone with HONDA Financial. Is there a difference when you return your lease, if one more stringent then the other? This is my first lease, how stringent are the finance companies?

-Thanks,

Sound like a good deal, but does anyone have anymore info on HANN Financial?

Should they be avoided?

let's assume due at signing is the same.

with honda you think you pay $50more x32 = 1600 extra

with Hann you pay 595+dispo fee ~$400 + possible damage cost let's say $1500 = possible 2500 when it's all done. if they don't charge you a thing at lease return than you save $600 i guess. good luck on that.
