Vtech?

I've tried to look over the net but i can't seem to find my answer. When does our vtech kick in? i have an 05 base auto 5spd.

4800 or 4900 on the TL-S, which is a little higher than the base models.

damn that's nice vid of vtec, i'll have to check it out next time i punch it then, would be nice if it's 4500k, i used to have a type r, so i miss my 8400 rpm redline,

the information on vtec operation and rpm initiation are found in the OWNER BOOK of the car

Its just a dramatic increase in power thanks to better breathing. If anything the VTEC transition point should be lower.
