Do I have to turn off the VSA if I am driving with 19s? Does anyone have any idea?

vsa = vehical stability assistance.. kinda like traction. with normal driving you wouldnt wana turn the vsa off

heres a thread about what vsa is and situations where u would want them off.. like racing

No, you don't have to turn it off.
It will always come back on when you start the engine, even if you had shut it off previously.
If your wheel/tire diameter changed from the stock setup to any major degree, the ABS, and VSA systems may not operate as intended, though.

only if you decide to run different sizes, like 18s in the front and 19s in the back, or 18s on the left and 19s on the right, or...i think you get the picture. leave it on.

the manual if I am not wrong only suggests to turn the vsa off when you are rolling on a spare (which should always be put in the rear )

If the external diameter of the wheel is not off by much it won't affect VSA. When you go up in diameter you usually go down in aspect ratio to make up the difference and add to asthetics and performance. The external diameter is still around the same give or take an inch.

If you put on some 4X4 tires or some wagon wheels on your car then you definitely will affect the VSA. Also as said different diameters front and back will make a difference too, but your car is not a Lamborghini, don't do that.

Should if i turn the VSA off if I am running 19 X 8.5 on four wheels? What would happen if I leave it on while normal driving? Thanx!

i didnt mean to confuse, my point was as long as all your wheels are the same diameter then leave it on. if they are different sizes then the computer wont know what to do because the tires will no longer rotating at the same speed, like when you are running on a spare, then turn it off.

You only would shut the VSA off if you have 2 different sized wheels on the DRIVE wheels, essentially if you are using the donut tire on the front wheels or if you had a issue with one of the 19" rims and had 1 stock rim on in it's place.

The issue you face if you have the VSA on and have the spare on the front is premature wear of the brake pads due to constant (unnecessary) application of the ABS system due to a confused VSA system.
