have you looked to see what's causing the noise?

yes, i had thought maybe the upper control arms were sitting to low which is stressing the ball joint and or the bushings. I had adjusted it a tad bit higher and it still makes that popping noise.

Start by retightening the control arm bolts. Mine were a little loose and I had the same popping noise.

If that doesn’t resolve it check the ball joints themselves. They are not of great quality. I kept a few on hand because I would go through 1 year. Really irritating but the Skunk2 arm design was much better than the competitors and didn’t knock my strut towers on the track.

Did I see some video past year where some Chinese unscrew front compliance bushing and just turn wheel and front compliance bushing jump out of housing or I just dreamed it? Can not find that video at youtube.
