Anyone want to share what they paid for 3M protection on the front hood and bumper?

i think ebay is selling some pre cut for i think 35 shipped but not sure if it would work well

 

How bout it cost for installed? Anyone?

 

i asked around on a previous car.. you looking anywhere from 250-500 depending on who does it. Dont even let anyone attempt to do this procedure unless they are good and it is what they do for a living. The last thing you want is to buy some crap off ebay and try it your self or have some punk do it.

 

I got mine done for around $800 for an extended package, 24 inches up the hood. But you can get it for cheaper. I wanted mine done right and the place I brought it to are top notch, highly recommended. They're the best shop in NorCal. yea youwould have to shop around i think a full front is a grand plus

I got a quote of $650 for 3M on the hood, side mirrors, full front bumper, and strip on rear bumper near the trunk lid. I thought that was high.

 

I got mine installed for $795 in SF. Had hood, bumper, door edges, and side mirrors.

 

i got mine at inspire auto in so cal...

525 for extended hood, fender, mirror and full bumper kit... met the owner at an acura meet...

they did a great job!

$600 for 07 TL-S A-Spec front bumper, ~22" on hood, headlights, and side mirrors. I went to P.I.T. up in Santa Rosa.

I was looking on ebay and they are selling 3M kits for 150.

I think I am going to get one and do the install myself in the next couple of months

2000 miles and allready have two paint chips on the front.

After installing vinyl on my mirror blinkers, this should be easy.

The TL bumber is very easy to clean, detail and wax. Installing the kit should be no problem.

 

I got mine done through Park Ave Acura in North Jersey for $750. I don't recall who they go through, something with Star in it.

After I saw how weak the paint job is on these acura's I got it installed.

 

WOW some of these prices people are paying for installation is insane !!!!

The product probably cost them at most $100, the rest they are charging is for installation !!!!!!!!!!!! WTF
