Trunk Liner Removal

Hi,

Does anyone have instruction on how to remove the trunk liner? I started to mess with it the other day to get the sides off. It's either really ridged or I'm missing something.

I want to replace the rear sidemarkers. I don't want to mess it up, I know it's easy but I'd like to see it first.

Thanks
Jeff

You don't really need to remove the trunk liner to get at the rear side markers. If you gently lift the side marker up, you will see the tab that you have to press in. After you do this, the side marker just lifts right out.

I did this when I painted my rear side markers.

This sounds easier. So I glad I asked the question.

I did as search on trunk liner removal. It came up with 4 or 5. The garage was not in that search.

I know where the link to the Garage is, I've used it before. The link that Ron A posted is exactly what I needed. When I look for that post in the garage it is under the Header:

E. Exterior/Exhaust

E-034: DIY:Removing aluminum strip above rear license plate & trunk liner?
https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=84489

It was not under K.
Windows
Tint
Trunk

Sorry if I couldn't find it. This link also didn't show up when I searched the board, the words I used for search were, trunk liner removal. Maybe someone could put this link under K also for trunk liner removal.

Are you just giving me crap for what happened yesterday.

If you go to the garage, hit CTRL + F, type in "trunk" and hit enter once or twice (depending on your browser) it will take you right to it. Follow the instructions (which I just put there) at the top of the page in the 3G Garage.
