Is there a 0 in front of the mileage if less than 100k? For instance found a used TL with 75,000 miles and on odometer it shows 075,000. Just wondering could the mileage be tampered with on these cars of is this how it actually shows up?

 

 

I did a quick search of TLs with mileages under 100k, and it still shows a 0. So it may not necessarily mean the mileage has been tampered with. But checking vehicle history with the VIN and searching for any discrepancies in mileage might also help.
