No. I made my own kit for $60 with 3M Di-Noc carbon fiber. I'd highly suggest looking into it as it'll probably look better and will cost a fraction of the price. Pics-

More then likely. You can remove the bins by removing the middle console, then removing the trays independently...there's about 3 screws, per tray, per side or so. The door cover has 2 smaller screws which are located in the top of the tray, then remove the cover by pulling from the top to release the bottom latches.

Nope! Didn't remove a single thing. The Di-Noc is a vinyl that forms to things with heat. So I cut out pieces slightly larger than the area I wanted to cover, stuck them on, used a hair dryer to mold them to that piece, cut with a razor blade. Really straight forward.

Didn't use templates! All cuts were made with a razor blade.
