Hello. I am on the border of buying a TL and I am having second thoughts. I hear like EVERYONE has problems with their Tl transmission. How many Miles do you guys have on your car, and is their any problems? Let me know. thanks.

 

Thats the 2G TL the 3G seems to have no failures or very rare cases so as long as you go 04 or newer you should be fine.

 

3000 miles and no problems...the 3G TL's haven't had any realy tranny problems from what I know

 

It's got full of problems. Transmission is the major problem. 3rd gear anyone?

Blame to "trancemission".

oh man. you guys just made my day right there. haha. Ive read on forums about the IS that people who owned a TL 3rd gen, where all mad about it because of transmission problems. hey blazinginder: you have the 2007 TL? how much did you buy it for, and what package did you get?
