Wondering if my 2008 base model automatic has limited slip dif...?
and for the fluid change I went with the standard Honda fluid DW1.
Is there any trans mods that can be done without removing it.
Just hit 58,000 and want to make it last.

Trans cooler and do the 3x3 drain and fill every 15-20k on that particular fluid and the cars trans will love you forever.

nope 07-08 were the better years

Trans mods? Have you changed out the 3 pressure switches for the tranny? Should be regular maintenance.

 

Only manual TLs have limited slip diffs. All the more reason to drive with three pedals!

About 8k miles ago.

I do mine every 30k though.

 

Thanks, bought the car with 49,000 change the trans fluid once...time to put the fresh stuff in and check out the pressure switches.
